Where to go

    Eric,

    I know you specifically said that you didn't want to hear this, but some American schools have fellowships where they will actually pay you to go to school. My friend from Taiwan is getting her DMA from UMinnesota for free, plus they are paying her living expenses. My roomate is from Canada and is also getting her DMA for very very cheap, and they're paying her living expenses. Just a thought...

    Yeah, a lot of American schools give you fellowships and TA's. That is why one of my college professors used to say, "if you have to pay for a masters you shouldnt be getting one". ;-)

    Humber College does not offer graduate degrees. They only started their BA this year. I believe U of T has the only jazz masters in Canada, if that's at all important to you.
