    hey,

I have a 'Buescher True Tone' 'Parlor-Grand' model trumpet. ~1928

It's in great condition, newly replated in silver. Compression is good. (no mouthpiece or original case)

engraved on bell: (The Buescher, Elkhart, IND.) and on the middle valve is the 'true tone' patent stamp.

I've been told this type of horn can only use the old cornet shank mouthpieces still made by Curry?

I think there is a leak? Probably just the corks on the water keys but I'm no expert.

Its built as a C trumpet however it comes with 3 Bb tuning slides for each valve and also it has an interesting rotary valve to drop it down to A (with Bb slides)

Anyway.. I would like to sell it, but as a COLLECTORS ITEM ONLY as i think it would need an expert to look it over.

Happy to sell this beautiful instrument at £250. (or a respectable offer)

    Cheers,
    Dan. :-)
