Andre | I back off and play very easily and make sure I'm barely using any effort to play. I let the air leak out of the sides of my mouth and play very casually and lightly. Within a few minutes I feel like normal and gradually increase the dynamics. It almost always comes from being tight, for whatever reason, and going all the over to the other side as an exaggeration alleviates that, for me.
