I guess we would have to know your range and ability. If you can only play 1 or 2 notes effectively then you're limited a bit. (Maybe the beginning of One Note Samba)
More info please.

When I was like you just starting out , learning notes wasnt enough , so I learned to play twinkle twinkle little star , by ear , I was so proud . Learning your first tune is such a buzz and it just leads to your second tune , its all up hill from there , just enjoy playing.

Trumpet Dad,

Good source of music for the beginner.

Now, if Hitman can learn to read the score of "Waltzing Matilda" it would be perfect, ay? He must know that melody of that tune in his head.

Waltzing Matilda

Best wishes,

Lloyd

Hitman,

A song you may know and one to work on as you get better. Imagine you already know the tune in your head.

Waltzing Matilda

Best wishes,

Lloyd
