Symphony Man will become famous soon enough
Re: Chicowicz (?) flow studies

Does anybody have an opinion on if it is necessary to do the flow studies in all the finger series, or if playing just the first series will suffice? I want to start doing these everyday but I don't want to spend a lot of time practicing them so I can get to other things.

There are some significant variations in resistance (and to a degree, intonation) between the fingerings, so yeah, do 'em all. What we ultimately seek is what is known as "overlearning," and repetition is of paramount importance. Besides, when we have them down, we can read the paper at the same time.

If all you want to do is to "get by", the first series will get you started. If your desire to exceed is paramount, you will want it all. The player looking for shortcuts generally is not the one that gets jobs - or keeps them even if they got lucky - once...

Pick your category and go for it!
