No offense to Doc or Maynard, but I think I'd be happy to leave the principle trumpet in the same hands.

Reminds me of a story (true) about Victor Mature who lived close by in his last years. He came off the golf course one day and was told in the clubhouse of his death being reported in the local paper that day. His reaction to the news was "I knew I was putting bad, but not that bad!"

That reminds me of the story that Walter Cronkite would tell about a woman he met one time in an airport who stopped him to tell him how much he looked like Walter Cronkite right before he died.
