Doc's Farewell in Marietta GA

Had the privledge to see Doc and his Big Band Last Tuesday in Marietta GA.
For a Guy going to be 80yrs. this year, Doc is still Smokin!
The Band was GREAT!! and Everyone gave They're 100% +.
It was wonderful to See Doc one more Time and Sad Knowing it might be My Last.
Big Bands have Always been a Passion for Me, they're becoming like White Buffalo's tho.
Doc, What a Class ACT! Wardrobe, Stage Presence, Musicians!
Cheers! Curt

Re: Doc's Farewell in Marietta GA

One of my fellow trumpeters from the community band I play in went and saw him. He said it was just incredible to witness. I wish that I would have had the time. I live in Columbus, GA and was about 2 hours from that show but just couldn't go.

I figured that I'd see him back home in Detroit. Boy was I disgusted to learn he has no plans of stopping anywhere near Detroit!

Another opportunity missed!
