They're Chicago all the way! Rahmlee Michael Davis, Oscar Brashear, EW&F was a Chicago band from the get go. Drum and bugle corps guys. South side, not west side.

Elmer subbed and toured with them but did not as far as I know record with them. Elmer was a Tom Crown student before me too at Roosevelt.
