 | one thing that helped me with mouthpieces come from mr. schilke . use a cornet shank mouthpiece, even if you have to get the adapter, but measure the lenghth, mine was 2/16" too long and when i got the adapter trimmed the whole thing opened up considerably and intonation improved quite a bit. (laskey 75P scott only sells them with a cornet shank)
