Oh it plays like a dream. Very very easy to play. The tone is gorgeus!! And the intonation, which is an issue on many flugelhorn, is the best I've experienced on any flugelhorn. The craftmanship is simply outstanding. I'm also extremely satisfied with the finish which I think is just beautiful. I have the rose brass bell. Could be interesting to try out the copper bell to hear the difference, but as I said the tone is gorgeus and I don't want to change it at all.
