 | Re: Scream Trumpet I was doing the pencil meth. about twice a day for two weeks now I do it once a week maybe, just when im bored at work kinda thing. If you want to get to the full 5 min thing i would suggest twice a day but i would honestly let the range use catch up before you keep increasing the time. |
