Re: Taking a Break

I am a big advocate of a day off every once in a while. If you have a decent routine, there is nothing that can break in a day, and the world is too big to force ourselves to wear "trumpet blinders".
It is important that you use the day for something significant, otherwise you will just talk yourself into having "wasted" it.
I spend the day with the family, we do what "THEY" want - 100%. It also gives me a favor to call when I need it....................
