i recently purchased a cornet, because it is a yamaha i call it Hayakaze which is Japanese for "high velocity wind" or "swift wind"

I have A getzen Eterna severison model and its name is Ducky. Because I am a huge NCIS tv show fan and my trumpet is the smartest trumpet. like on the the show "ducky" is the smartest Forensic scientist/coroner. :)

Seems my Schilke always, about have way through my practice session, gets a 15 word name composed of a string of 4 and 5 letter explitives.... normally it is just Becca...

hahah nha i don't do that. I was told once a story that a magician was talking to his trumpet and the trumpet was responding back although everyone knew there was someone behind the curtains playing
