Snake Oil made by Will Spencer (www.willspencer.org) is great stuff. It has some PTFE (teflon I think) particles in it. My valves haven't been this smooth or quick in ages.

Zaja Blue also has particles. It needs to be shook before using.

What exactly does "synthetic" mean? It implies something other than oil, but that may not be right. Maybe it's an oil not found naturally that needs to be manufactured in a lab. Or is it an entirely diiferent kind of lubricant like Teflon or silicone?
