| Forte User | Musiclifeline -- thanks a million. You can bet I'll be reading through this material!!! One question -- for anyone who might have a comment on this -- has to do with the very first step: It talks about breathing through your nostrils. Is this a requirement? I mean, can one get by just mouth-breathing? I ask because for me, it's nearly impossible for me to get a good breath breathing through my nose. Hard as I try, I just can draw enough air in to keep from getting that stale-air suffocating feeling. I never breath through my nose even at rest or when sleeping. I don't know if it's anatomical, allergy related, or something else. But I simply cannot breathe through my nose. Every time I try I end up feeling like I'm going to suffocate. Thoughts?
