![]() | Used to do "And the angels sing" It goes all over the range from high to low.I think it was made famous by Ziggy Elman? Of course they are more difficult in front of the group, standing, with no music.......

![]() | Trumpeters Lulaby arranged by Leroy Anderson. Beautiful piece, I hope one day to be good enough to play it. For now I'll just listen to the Boston Pops do it.

![]() | Malcolm Bennett - Rutland Water (actually my Mum's favourite piece that I play - if I am playing a recital and she will be there, I HAVE to play it) Thorvald Hansen - Cornet Sonata (such a lovely piece to play and listen to) Telemann - Concerto in D (I love that slow first movement) Zequinha Abreu (arr. Iveson) - Tico Tico (I love playing it and I love working on it with my students - a great chance to let their hair down) Arr. Turrin - Someone to Watch Over Me (simply beautiful) Well, that'll do for now - I'm sure there will be others that come to mind. |
