I would not be concerned so much about brilliance...I have a recording with Vienna phil and Bernstein (DVD) and the sound of the posthorn is much nearer to a cornet or a flugel and anyway...

Where do you leave? If it is Europe best countries are Germany or Switzerland...Spada had quite few of those the last time I visited the shop...for US should ask someone else
