Re: Haydn Creation - which trumpet?

OK - I got it, I need to take:

Book
Crossword/Puzzle Book
Score
GameBoy
iPod Touch
Wifi router and small portable satellite receiver so that I can get internet and therefore TM at the church.
Something with which to annoy all the viola players (peashooter perhaps - any other ideas...?)

anything else...? oh yeah, nearly forgot - a trumpet might be a good idea too!

Cheers guys :-0

If you want a lot of attention, use a 13A4a and warm up with a bunch of Maynard licks. They'll love that!

Re: Haydn Creation - which trumpet?

I seem to remember Trumpets in D, C and Bb on the version that I played, but that could have been Haydns Seasons. D and C for sure.

Rowuk, as usual, is right on the money. C, D, and Bb. There are two low concert F's in the last movement, which pose no real threat on C trumpet.
