The music industry has taken a real hit - illegal digital CD copies are supposedly the reason. If I like the music but the CD costs $40, I don't support that. I don't need a "free copy" then either. If we reward the people doing the right things (with money), the marketing people wake up. If Zimmer likes Mars, cool, give the Holst Foundation their cut and everybody is happy. Maybe people will even go out and buy some Planets CDs after seeing the film - incentive for the foundation not to "milk" the composer/arranger. As long as theft is not labled as such, everybody goes into protect mode and the lawyers get rich - they didn't even have anything to do with the creative process in the first place! Robin
