| Fortissimo User | Back to this site again: http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio/ . This time try clicking on "listen to Radio 3" and then selecting "Jazz Legends" from the list. What you'll hear is an interview with Nat Peck who played trombone with the Miller band. The interview portion is fairly short but highly entertaining. The music (quite a lot of it within the one hour time frame that the show runs) is equally entertaining (especially if, like myself at the present time, you just happen to have "St. Louis Blues March" in your band folder!) Nothing like bringing life back to these tunes. |
