Didn't know you were a P-1, bandman. BTW, Cheese Fries from Snuffers are on me when you make it back to Dallas. :)

NickD has a spectacular aura about
Conrad Herwig

I've been enjoying the trombone work of Conrad Herwig - "Osteology," to be more precise!

Man that dude can seriously play!

FWIIW coming from me.

Hey Nick D,

Love your work!
Saw Conrad Herwig while back, with Randy Brecker on tpt & Mingus Big Band, Also with CT's big Band in NYC. Needless to say Great shows!

Just last weekend went to see Brian Lynch perform with some of his students from NYU. Great performance and lots of future talent.

I have to have my fill of the musers and Gordon as often as possible!

I love Snuffers -- will it be at the Greenville location? I was a regular there!

I've been listening to a lot of Clifford Brown (the Strings album has so much emotion in it) and Don Ellis (thankfully almost all of his albums have been reissued now). What a mind! Also put in a Lou Rawls cd on the machine at a friend's house and found some great solos by Bud Brisbois (oh, my god!!!).
