| Piano User | If i could play like that i would act however i wanted to and tell all of you to kiss my a**, wynton is awesome, no criticism of his personality traits will ever take away his amazing contributions to jazz as an art form, and even music as a whole. Face it jazz guys when Wynton came on to the scene jazz was on a downward slide, jazz in its purest form that is, he brought back the love of the "standards" that was slowly being forgotten by all but the most devout fans, sure some of his comments may be a little questionable to me, but as an up and coming player he is still my number one influence and in my opinion without a doubt the finest jazz trumpeter who has EVER lived. |
