This has now happened with the Bonna bags. Whether or not there is a legal issue or not, is up to the courts. A different stitch, screw or zipper is enough to block the law. I am sure that Marcus will just have to live with it - or continue to be so innovative, that the rest can't keep up. Music stores need margins to stay alive. Every percent helps, regardless where it comes from. Nobody is getting incredibly rich anymore.

![]() | Re: NY Flight Cases Yikes! Didn't mean to start all that going. Regardless of the legal/ethical issues at stake here, I think I'm going to opt for a Bonna Case. Like on here, a post on the other site didn't turn up anyone who has had their hands on one of the NY Flight Cases either. Ray |
