Single Outlaw Gig Bag

I was wondering if anyone has used the Outlaw bag by Torpedo bags. I'm looking to replace my Bach Stradivarius's case but I don't know if this bag is good. I've seen the original Torpedo Bag, my friend has it and it's pretty cool ... except it's bulk. I really don't plan on throwing it in front of a car/ running my trumpet over/ getting run over by a car (in which case ... my trumpets safety would probably be the least of my worries ). Would it be a good buy?

Re: Single Outlaw Gig Bag

Hey there. I have a strad in the single outlaw torpedo bag and can definitely recommend it. Very solid bag, immaculately stitched. Never had a problem with craftsmenship, though the plastic latches are a little dissapointing. The fabric for the add on bags is cheap, but it doesn't matter too much; they bag itself has a very good fabric. Very well padded.

Only tested it once - tripped while I was running with it, flew a good 10 feet - no damage to the trumpet or the case.

Very light - throw it on your back and don't worry about it.

Go for it.
