jrpjazz will become famous soon enough
Re: Xstream mouthpieces

The new model horns all have the thumb saddle. The horn looks like a L.A.Horn trumpet I saw a few years ago that blew really well in my opinion. That company no longer manufactures the horn, and I wish I had purchased one. The mouthpieces look great and I for one am looking further into it.

....(in a radio announcer's voice) and so folks...the saga continues on this with much speculation, unfounded & unresearched opinions and personal bashing....meanwhile, in trumpetland, no one has actually tried one of these mouthpieces...oh, well, just another day in trumpetland!

and now a message from our sponsors..........................

An open internet forum is a tough place to introduce a product. In the beginning you don't even have educated guesses and unless somebody like TRENT (he tries more stuff out than anybody else here!) buys it right away and declares it to be the best thing since sliced bread - you have a problem.

It just comes with the territory. A better way would have been to identify one of the regular posters and offer them a sample to try and write up about...............

Robin: totally agree w/you. Furthermore, I will volunteer to be the tester if they send me one in an approximate "Bach 5-7C size."
