Yeah this is true! I've found they like the inside of them too.

She and her two brothers will be three years old this June.

Yeah, sorry about that Bud. They do like to sit on trumpet cases. I have to keep my leather bags locked up or they would sleep in them.

Hey Nick, I know some dogs respond to certain notes. One of my teachers, Leon Rapier, would bring his Cocker Spaniel to lessons on Sunday when his wife was out of town and that dog would howl away when you played 'G's on top of the staff.

Hi Alex,

Funny that you mention which note dogs react. Our Sheppard-collie mix will howl at the same note (G). But our golden retreiver couldn't case less, she just sleep and sleep.

Marc

Sabena is my cousin's name!

That a a really pretty kitty...my cats can't stand it when I practice. I think they're trying to tell me something.

Re: Always behind me when I practice

Here you go La.

L to R - Sabena and Salem - obviously siblings. (Sabena means "gazelle")

Re: Always behind me when I practice

Can anyone else see the similarity between Alex's avatar picture and those cats?

They do say that people start to look like their pets - this is the proof

TMike,

How can you be sure that it is not other way around? Probably they will soon start trumpeting around as well Alex should ask Leigh to make a horn suited to their "cat needs" and I personally think that february is the best time of the year for that...Cant wait to see Alex in a "computer position" while these two cats are playing the Vivaldi Concerto for 2 trumpet-cats

Sha dump boom! Good one TMike!

So, you think I look like my cats, eh? Hmmmm.....don't know quite how to take that, but it couldn't be too bad.

If I can ever snap a picture of what you describe Nick, I will. I don't think I will be letting them THAT close to my horns just yet though.

Do Re Mi-ow.

Beautiful kitties Alex.

I think you are lucky to not have this thread go places where most men should not go with humor...

Rogerio,
What's wrong with men's humor? Sure, the kitties are beautiful, but you are not going to charge with catprofanation, are you?
