![]() | For losing wieght nothing beats jogging/running. Fifteen minutes steady running is equivelant to about twenty-five to thirty steady cycling. It also improves your cardio better than any other excersize, which is why it can be so difficult to get into. (It's real hard to begin with) For all around muscle tone nothing beats swimming. A good daily blast in the pool will firm up any saggy parts you have in no time. The hard part is keeping doing it once you have achieved your goal.
