Alex,

We had the same situation at our last house a few years ago. We noticed two Dutch Belt rabbits in our yard. We did the same thing, and kept them in the same crate until we noticed that there was obviously a male and female, so we segregated them into two dog crates. At the time we had four Belgian Sheepdogs, so we know what you are going through. The male eventually escaped during a cage cleaning, but we kept the female for several years until she died. We wrote an editorial in the local newspaper regarding the throw-away pet syndrome of people.

Does anyone remember Toby? Looks like the guy has come up with a new scheme to make some cash from his bunny friend.

Hi Alex,

That was a GREAT Story! It's amazing how abandoned and injured animals always know whose doorstep to arrive on. I really believe you can judge people by the way they treat animals. Good things will come to those who take care of all Gods Little creatures. For me, I get the riot act, because I won't go to a doctor, but if I stumble upon some stray or wild injured animal, I will drag it off to the vet, at whatever expense. You never know Alex, maybe you were given the gift of playing beautiful music because you are concerned about all the little creatures. Hope I don't sound too wacky, but keep it up, Alex!
