Manny and Toots hooked up...

After all it is a wonderful Canadian High that has slid down into the central US and reminded me of how much I dislike cold....

I do however like many other things from Canada, Beer, Hockey, and a few good friends I've made along the way...

2 years in NC has turned me into an absolute wuss.

My HS friends and I used to go swimming first day of April in Traverse City, Michigan as sort of a "jackass" type stunt. (If you Northern lower Michigan at all, you know April is still winter, basically). Indiana had a shorter winter, but no friendlier re: cold.

My point is that if I can see the disintegration of my hardy northern constitution after two years, I have nothing but pity for you poor souls who actually grew up down here. You're like little hot-house flowers!
