i think low taxes and a smaller government could bring it back.

I guess I did take your comments out of context. I sincerely apologize about that. I personally think that taxes are mostly favorable, but, not being an economist, I only know my limited viewpoint. In retrospect, I should have said that while taxes had a negative affect on you, they also have many benefits. Corruption is a whole other topic altogether, another thing which a ignored in my blind rant. Now that I'm at it, some editing might be in order on my part.

NASA. I did a really cool program down there where I found out a lot of neat stuff about 2 years ago (and no the figures haven't changed, I've kept up with some folks down there). Now, I know what you're thinking, "Why should we believe them, they're just after more money" and unfortunately, there is just nothing that I can say on here to make you firmly believe that. Why do I? Because some of my fellow Aggies told me. And an Aggie does not lie, cheat, or steal (I really would appreciate nobody mocking this remark unless they really wanna just leak me off).

Now as to where they got this figure, I believe that it was obtained by taking the cost of the actual research and development, then comparing it to the cost of the R&D here in other labs and such. Don't hold me to that, my notes are 4 hours away from here.
