Re: Finally, my studio!

It is a very nice beginning, Alex. Wonderful space! I will be eager to see what happens next...

Just one thought:
When we need the most such a studio, we cannot afford it (when all we learn to play the horn, and need more time to practice 'cause our practice is not effective enough, which is not the case with an experienced musician) cause we were back then students and could not afford one...When we get to afford such a convenience we are already "pros" and supposed to have much more effective practice and learning routines and probably neeed it less, unless you want to do your teaching sessions in there....

Re: Finally, my studio!

Just a suggestion, but now might be a good time to do a Vulgano in mud, before you sand and paint.

Man, I hope that Alex isn't the one doing the mudding and sanding; it just doesn't pay to do that job yourself (unless there is an extreme shortage of contractors). What they cost in $ they more than make up for with time (and mess).

You are right about that Toots! I much prefer bringing them snacks and bottles of Powerade.
