![]() | Re: Fossil Fuel vs Bio Fuel Yep, that's the place. I actually live in the South end of town (near May Creek) rather than near the coal mines. But I do walk/hike often on a trail that follows the path of the railway that once transported coal from those mines. I went to a similar event at Red Town trailhead around 1997 or 1998 - any chance you were there then too? I learned a lot about my area's history then. It's equally interesting to see evidence of the past (old mine shafts, remaining bits of evidence of the company town) and how much nature has been able to take back over the past 80 years or so. Thanks again for all the info on alternative fuels.

![]() | Re: Fossil Fuel vs Bio Fuel I drive a mercedes 300D and fill it with bio-diesel. (whenever I can't make it to the bio-diesel station, I can put regular diesel in in w/o any problem) It runs great and produces little or no green house gases, and no money for the oil companies, which for me is a big plus
