It would probobly taste like Chi-Chi's.

Yes - anything from Chi-Chi's.

Hmm...Chi-Chi's has fried rice too. See, I'm on topic!

Did you know "Chi Chi" is Spanish for "breasts"?

I always laugh whenever I see a Spanish restaurant named "Chi Chi's."

I never eat there, though.

Canadian Food

All that we eat in Canada is polar bears and penguins. Sometimes a little bit of buffalo for variety... just kidding....

Alberta AAA beef is my food, oh that and ice cream.

Manny,

Very ono (good), onolicious!

I had a half of a rice cooker pot of brown rice already in my frig. from this weekend, so I used that. It worked and tasted just fine.

On my next time, I'm going to add some cubes of very firm tofu, and some Shitake mushrooms too. (as mentioned earlier, definitely use the sesame oil), and maybe an extra egg or two.

Some other possibilities: a little jalopeno, or maybe a small amount of cayenne pepper.

Skip

EDIT: I can't belive that the Janet Jackson censors, censored out S h i t a k e mushrooms - LOL!

Andrew must live in Ontario. The rest of the country knows that polar bears and penguins don't mix... they are "polar opposites"!

Hey... buffalo? Not so strange. They are grown on farms out here (I drive past a herd of them every day on my way to work). You can buy buffalo burgers in about any Western town.

I don't think it'll taste much like "chi-chi's," but more like Chi-Chi's (A celebration of food). Was that the jingle?

As soon as I posted that, I've started looking for the place I found it. I know now it isnt Spanish (Being me, I OF COURSE looked it up!).....

The website I got it from- Ginga Giri Giri, shut down.

SO now, I have no proof to back me up.

I'll just have to find it someplace new...
