I always thought Weekend At Bernie's was hilarious. I actually fell out of the theater seat the first time I saw the boat scene.

Another classic is John Cusack's Better Off Dead. There are so many classic lines and scenes in that movie - too many to count.

Last of all, something I saw recently that I thought was extremely funny in a very raw, kind of way was the Wayans Brothers movie White Chicks

So many other funny movies:

Spaceballs
Meet the Parents
Dodgeball
Men In Black
Airplane!
Top Secret
American Pie (1 and 2)

The list can go on and on.
