'Dude where's my car' I found really funny but I haven't laughed out loud recently as much as I did at 'Freddy got fingered'

Funny movies you want, funny movies I know:

First off I’d say look at all the posts before me, I agree with most all of them. No need in reposting so I’ll go on from there. In no particular order:

Wedding Crashers
Anger Management
The Waterboy
Billy Madison
Happy Gilmore
50 First Dates
The Wedding Singer
The 40 year old virgin
Liar Liar
The Mask
Me, Myself, and Irene
Bruce Almighty
The longest yard (original and remake)
Scary Movie
Any of the three stooges DVD’s
Cannon Ball Run
Any of the National Lampoon Vacation movies
Weird science
American Wedding (Conclusion to the American Pie series) if you don’t count Band Camp which I could not bring myself to rent.
The Man
Starsky and Hutch
Meet the Parents and Meet the Falkers
Something about Mary
Kingpin
Any Benny Hill DVD’s
Back to school
The Jerk
The toy
Silver Streak
Anything Monty Python
Anything Mel Brooks
Canadian Bacon
The Great Outdoors
Animal House
Blues Brothers
Uncle Buck
Splash
Planes, Trains, and automobiles
Father of the Bride
Faterh of the Bride 2
Arthur

I could go on and on but if this is not a good start I don’t know what is.

Good luck!!! Have a laugh on me.

I think John's list just about covers it. but here's mine anyway!

Anything Monty Python
Anything Mel Books (especially Blazing Saddles..."He Rode a blazing saddle...." Love that tune).
The Naked Gun
Airplane
Planes, Trains, and automobiles
Austin Powers
Mr. Bean
Ace Ventura
Shrek 2 (first time I almost cried I laughed so hard -- the cops spoof)
Madagascar (animated, I know, but still downright hillarious)
"Jonah", A Veggie Tales Movie (dittos from the above statement).

anyway...if I wanted a laugh, any of those would do it for me....

So many great comedies already mentioned, but here are some that come to my mind (in no particular order) that I haven't seen posted yet:

The Gods Must Be Crazy (and its sequel);

A Juzo Itamo trio: The Funeral, Tampopo, and A Taxing Woman;

Many Peter Sellers pix: The Wrong Box, A Shot In the Dark & the rest of the Pink Panther movies, Being There;

The Carry-On movies of the 50s/60s;

Most comedy with Alec Guinness, especially Kind Hearts and Coronets, and The Ladykillers. For that matter, I enjoyed the recent remake with Tom Hanks.

And what about movies from those classic comedy teams like Laurel & Hardy, The Marx Brothers, Abbott & Costello, etc.
