![]() ![]() ![]() | Guys!! Don't try this at home!! I was having a lovely discussion with my wife when things went downhill. We had a disagreement over the slightest of things. Being a trumpet player, I knew that I was right. She was entitled to her silly opinion, but that was all. After a while it seemed as if this was going to go nowhere. Also realizing that I had a band job to go to in just a little while...and that this was the second Saturday of the month (and that would be real important when I got home that evening) I decided to end the unhappy situation. I gathered her in my arms, got on my tiptoes to look into her eyes, (see avatar) and said; "Sweetheart, this is so silly, I don't want to go on this way. If you will admit you were wrong, I'll admit that you were right." A look of relief flooded over that lovely face and those beautiful blue eyes welled with tears as she said, "Honey, I was wrong". And I said... "YOU'RE RIGHT!!!" -cw-
