| Forte User | LOTS Of Worchestershire sauce, oh yeah! I am thinking marinating with alchohol (I cant remember if its beer, or harder liquors) makes the meat more tender, but I cant be sure... I prefer my steak medium rare. I think you get the full taste more.. I cant find the family cookbook, dad-gummit!!! Van

| Pianissimo User | One of the things that frustrated me when I used to grill with coals is how long it takes to get them really hot. Then someone showed me that blowing on the coal stack with a hair dryer gets them hot and ready to grill in much less time. It takes a little practice to get good, but it really works. Now, how to explain to your neighbors why you are blow-drying your grill... - Paul Artola Ellicott City, Maryland Quote:

![]() | its not really the eating innocent animals part that bugs me, although sometimes when i really think about it i get turned off by the thought of dead flesh in my mouth, the main reason I want to stop eating meat is because of the industry behind it and the health benefits, I wouldn't feel bad about eating the well cared for animals if they weren't so expensive, what is weird about beef is that the hormone free organic beef is not as tasty as industrialized cattle
