| Forte User | DANGIT! I Forgot about Schilkes! I would LOOVE to try one of those, *Especially* the large bores, like Dr. Stewart (Stewmuse) has. We may have to see if we can stop by..... I also wanna see if during this trip, we can get in lessons, or at least have a chat with the teachers of the TM community. Mr. Laureano, and Pops, and Wilmer, for starters. Shoot, these guys have some great horns themselves, so it would be like killing two birds with one stone! Man, this idea is so crazy and ambitious, it HAS to work!!! Van

| Forte User | Oh, and Michael, I do plan on making a stop at the Blackburn trumpets workshop, mainly to show you how far in the buttcrack of the Smokey Mountains the place is, lol. Seriously, you will be amazed how isolated the place is. Its really just a converted garage! Cliff and Bunny live up the driveway! The town its off of has a Piggy Wiggly (Called "The Pig"), and a Hardees. THATS IT. That Hardees does have an awesome burger... Van

| Forte User | First, we have to figure out all the stops we will make. We have to see when the people we will visit will be available, and map a way to go about this. We will also have to rent a car, get insurance, and supplies for the road. The car will have to be roomy, and GREAT on gas... Van

| Mezzo Forte User | You do have to keep in mind that we'd have to bring luggage and food and stuff. ( I know I'd bring my pillow and blankey) How long would this trip last? Where would we all go? I want to try out more trumpets!!! Lara

| Mezzo Forte User | Yup, I'm aware of that. I guess it'd be the Suburban, as I could take out the 3rd seat for more cargo space (if you can't live out of 2 duffle bags for at least 2 weeks you aren't qualified for a trip of this magnitude).
