 | Kitchen Confidential - Anothony Bourdain I'm on vacation right now and don't watch much TV but had nothing else to do and came across this show with Anthony Bourdain. He travels around the world and eats crazy stuff. He is obnoxious, sarcastic, and kind of an ahole  I was facinated!  So I went out and bought his book Kitchen Confidential which has been around for about 8 years now and is a best seller. This book is hilarious. It's about his life as a chef from the early days getting his start on Cape Cod to NYC and everywhere else. He talks about the crazy things that go on in kitchens and gives some advice about when to order certain things. There are some reviews on the amazon page.
