Manny Laureano has a spectacular aura about
Yes, for Glenn Kostur who was playing for Maynard's band at the time.

Steer clear of muscle mags like "Muscle & Fitness" and the like. Pro body builders featured in these mags really heavily on dangerous chemicals and drugs to obtain their outlandish physiques. They're just a bunch of steroid monkeys!

Good luck!

I used the BFL program before going on to what I am using now. I dropped 50 (fifty) lbs of fat. It does work.

Another good book to read is the Arnold Schwarzenegger Encylopedia of Bodybuilding. Its great for using as a source to learn new exercises, however, none of the programs are not really do-able for those of us not willing to go on the juice. The photos are kind of inspirational too but again, you can't look like those guys unless you are willing to break the law, jeopardize your health, and use steroids.

Body for Life remains as my top choice for an exercise program for us regular folks.

Let us know what you end up doing!

actually what I'm doing is at least 100 situps and pushups a day, coupled with a 30 minute run twice a week.
