John,

I'll ask what everyone over 40 is thinking:

How was she dressed? Don't get me wrong... it HAD to be a factor in the officer's assessment of whether to pull you over. It's pretty sunny and hot in FL. and I doubt she was in a parka. Was it a neighborhood that has that kind of problem?

I'm with you, though... I would have laughed my butt off.

Manny,

It unfortunately is a bad neighbourhood, well the outskirts of it anways. She had on Shorts and a tanktop, but I could see her work clothes(an apron, etc.) inside the clear plastic bag she was carrying.

"Hello, what is your emergency?"

"Yes, please send the police, I have been pulled over by a Korean guy in a state police car. Not that I am prejudiced, but he is not an American. Please send someone quickly, he has a gun!"

40, I HOPE she got a ticket, and I hope she fights it and lets the court hear what she said!

What a MORON!

Good grief... good thing you have a healthy sense of humor but, then, in your job you have to, no?

Are you refering to the quote in my sig line?

Urban Legends Reference Pages: Sherriff Judd's Comments

The quote is correct.

And Manny, yes you have to have a sense of humor at this job, otherwise it is a long 25 yr career.

Either way, if you don't want to be shot that many times, do NOT shoot at a SWAT team armed w/automatic weapons.
