| Piano User | So who are ya'lls favorites for the Cup, I think it goes without saying I'll be rooting for Mexico, but I have to say that the favorite in my book goes to Germany, a power house playing in their own turf, and it'll be the chance they missed in '02. I think we can eliminate the US from getting anywhere seeing as how their next match up is against Italy, don't see that happenin, what do you guys think?

![]() | Okay... foot-ball makes sense for "Soccer"... a game played by kicking the ball... American Football not so much.... Let us think up of a new name for "Football - NFL style"... Handball is already taken... MahlerBrass..... I must, I must... root for Brasil... I'm an American, but Brazilian blood runs through my veins... |

| Pianissimo User | Wouw, that was a game But whatever, we won But to be realistic, Germany hasn't got many chances, if it wasn't for the extra time, we wouldn't have won that game, Neuville scored that goal in the 91st min. Didn't look that good for us before, the defence was really weak, espacially in the game against Costa Rica. But the game against poland was better than the one against Costa Rica, so I still have hope. I'm still an optimist and Germany is going to do well! Berlin, Berlin, wir fahren nach Berlin!!! ![]() | I have some good friends who are Dutch immigrants, and they got up at 5 AM last Sunday to go to a bar and watch the Netherlands beat Serbia. Unless America pulls out of its apathy toward real football and does something in this Cup, I guess you can call me Dutch!

![]() | Well, My nationality has me pulling for the US Team but who knows how they'll do.. I was interested to see that Trinidad & Tabago had a team in it this year so I've kinda been pulling for them. We'll see how they do against England today.
