I can attest that Dan does write a thorough and honest review!!

I would be very interested in reading one on the new axe.

Flip, any chance you'll have one at the Rocky Mountain Trumpet Fest at the end of October?

Dave

Announcing The New Flip Oakes Bb ‘CELEBRATION’ Trumpet !

Hello Dave,

No, they won’t be ready, however I will be sending Janet Myers a Silver Plated Bb Wild Thing, and a Silver Plated Flip Oakes ‘C’., I’m getting them ready for her today, she was kind to offer to show them on my behalf. I was hoping to have some of the new ‘CELEBRATIONS’ in stock, but I won’t have them for another 30 days or so. When I get one, perhaps I can send one out to be tried in Denver, I’ll have to see what’s up. So far I have had many requests for ‘new’ horn, although I haven’t accepted any orders yet until I have them in stock. I’m certain they will be very well accepted.

Thanks for asking,

Flip Oakes

Mr. Oakes:

Will you have any WT's at the DFW Trumpetfest on Oct 21? I know a lot of folks (me for one) would love to try one out. Thanks.
