Re: Anyone dealt with Horntrader

Over the years, I have bought two horns from and sold one horn to Steve. I've found him to be honest, forthright, and easy to work with. I've found that he represented the horns accurately to me and I was pleased with the service he provided. I'd recommend him.

Best regards, as always.

Robert Rowe is on a distinguished road
Re: Anyone dealt with Horntrader

I put him on my "xhit-list", a while back, because he ignored a couple e-mails I sent him.

I "aired" my displeasure at another horn-forum, when a topic-question similar to this one appeared.

I "flamed" him.

To his credit, he e-mailed a response to me, in a completely gentleman-like fashion. He had every right to have responded in a very negative manner, but he "took the high road".

I respect him for that. We have since exchanged some pleasant horn-related e-mails, and even a few online jokes.

I have not yet done business with him, but based on the above, I judge him to be a sensitive and concerned businessman. I believe him to be trying to do "whatever it takes" to satisfy a customer.

A "stand-up guy" ... something I seldom acknowledge.

Yr Fthfl Srvnt,
Robt
