![]() | Re: Cut a C Trpt? Not what you want to hear, but how much could you sell it for? Enough to buy a used one that works? I had the same problem with a Bach C once because the previous owner had cut down a Bb pipe, but apparently not quite far enough. I had to replace the pipe with one for C trumpet. (Ironically, it played better with the longer pipe. If not for the pitch, I never would have changed it.) That might not be an option for the Zues. Who knows what parts would fit. If you're still in Colorado, PM me and I'll recommend a repair guy in Denver. Jason.
