I can provide that service....for a fee of course...plus you would have to pay shipping charges.

Re: Eclipse owners, help?

Looks like the MR is the one...interchangable leadpipes...scratch gold...polished on the receiver, top half of valve section, caps/buttons, finger rings/hook, and inside bell. I must say...Noel sure knows his stuff...and Leigh is amazing to work with. We'll see what happens in about 8 weeks time. Just in time for that wedding gig, too...how awesome. I think the scratch gold will be gorgeous..and I won't wear through it near as quick as lacquer(I still hate having such acidic hands...) BTW, what's the best maintenance/care for a scratch gold finish? I know polished is just wipe with a lint-free cloth, I believe...

Right, the polished parts you just wipe clean, the scratched (or satin-bead blast) parts, use an non ammonia window cleaner and gently wipe clean.

Re: Eclipse owners, help?

Yep...finally got to it. Leigh is going to do the build paperwork today, and actually start the build on Friday...and send pics all along the way...this is going to be an anxious 8 week wait..but it's going to be here in time for that wedding gig...how cool.

Sounds expensive (..and you were saying a Stage 1 was too much before???)....but beautiful.

I'm sure it will be great. I love that finish. Every Eclipse I've seen like that looks fantastic. Having someone like Noel check it out? Great.

Re: Eclipse owners, help?

Noel is going to be the one test playing it actually. The thing was, I wanted one in the first place, but couldn't get one...now, I have the money and the chance to get one, so I can't pass it up....I was kind of afraid to talk about it around here, however.
