Thought I remember seeing a similar thread a while back not sure if this forum or not but IIRC it was a model mostly sold outside the US. Gold brass bell with gold trim and the possibly the rounded tuning slide.

Nice horn.

Dylan is right. The Soloist model is simply a Strad that has the trim kit, caps, and rounded tuning slide, and engraving. A friend of mine who is in the Army has one of them for his Army horn. Well, he did, until they ordered new Bach Chicago's...But yeah, the Soloist is just kind of a modified Strad. Of course, if you got a chance to pick up that one for less than the new strad, good deal.

I'm not trying to say it is the rarest thing ever made. I'm just asking why it isnt list on bach's website.
