Lawler TLFLG Flugelhorn - Page 2

its no rumor my friend. This information came from a friend of mine who owned a Lawler trumpet that had the poor valve section that lawlerBb talks about a couple of posts up. If he is using something different now thats great. but I don't think we should bury our heads in the ground and pretend there are not lawlers out there with valve problems because someones feeling might get hurt. the people of this forum should know!

Acorn - I don't play jazz (at least not well) so I can't really say. I'm going to a big band rehearsal tonight. Let me ask those guys. There MUCH better with that end of the music world than I.

Acorn, the guys at the big band rehearsal all said the Lawler flugel would be fine for combo work. Enjoy!
