For example the MC1 and the MC2 pipes found on his old conversions. Question # 2 Do you make a copy of the current leadpipe and tuning slide found on the current Yamaha Artist Model trumpets? |

I don't really compare our pipes and slides to others, but I can tell you that our products our free blowing and very responsive. As far as the new Yamaha's go, Ive got the Z series and the LA pipes and slides about nailed down, but haven't done anything yet with the Artist models. Thanks! M/K Mike |

I am very acidic, (have eaten through a gold mouthpiece plating), so I am seriously considering gold plating this horn. That and gold looks so sharp." Miles71...coming from a Coprion fan.....your horn looks absolutely amazing! Ok...don't think of me as a freak...but what about this idea....mainly your hand-sweat will do damage to the horn....so why not just have the valve section golf plated? I take it that you don't rub your sweaty hands all over the rest of the trumpet...so you could leave the rest of the trumpet in it's raw, patina form. Just get gold plating on the valve part for protection...and leave the rest...? just my 2 cents....
