![]() | Hello. My friend is looking into a Conn CONNstellation trumpet. Please know that these are the ones being made today not the older versions. 1. Is this trumpet a good trumpet? He likes the reverse leadpipe and the heavy caps and the MVW system. 2. If he buys this trumpet will it come with the regular bottom valve caps too?, or does he have to buy them seperately? 3. If he does have to buy the caps seperately where can he find them? We have tried the music stores and we had no luck. He also called Conn-Selmer and they told him to look at the stores. Here is a link to the trumpet- C G Conn 52BSP CONNstellation Pro Bb Trumpet - LOW PRICES at WWBW any answers would be appreciated. Thanks!!! |

![]() | Re: Question on Conn CONNstellation 52bsp trumpet. The 52B is a lightweight, large bore trumpet. It´s a very free blowing, full and bright sounding horn. With the heavy caps you can make the sound darker and the slotting better. You get a lot for your money, reminds me a bit of the Kanstul 1070. Herbert
